ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a licensed team member for Kathy Kretz Insurance Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Must have or be willing to obtain P&C license immediately.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
